Skin care is very important. As women we strive to look our very best. We do this by getting our hair done, pedicures, manicures, waxing and so much more to look our very best. Try these simple tips and beauty products today for better skin care.

1. Get your beauty sleep sis.

Have you ever heard of beauty sleep? Well it is true that you should get a good night of “beauty” sleep every night. Getting a proper amount of sleep at night will definitely help your skin by preventing dark circles, puffy eyes and under-eye bags.

2. Get the false lashes look naturally.

We all love our false lashes but sometimes they can (mess) with our real lashes. You could also apply castor oil or coconut oil to your lashes and watch them grow.

3. Peace. Love. Exfoliate.

4. Drink more water, your body will thank you.

Water. Water. Water. Cut out the sugary drinks and replace it with water. I’ve noticed once I started drinking more water my skin has gotten healthier. Especially cucumber water which has made my skin glowy, soft, and shiny. So make sure you drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

5. Healthy teeth is a way of life.

Floss and brush your teeth at least once or twice a day. Activated black charcoal, baking soda and coconut oil can be very helpful for your teeth also.


6. Crusty Lips Is A No No.

Having soft, hydrated and kissable lips are a must have sis! Sugar and coconut oil is my favorite lip scrub. I leave it on my lips for three minutes, wash it off with cool warm, and then apply a moisturizer like Carmex.

7. Castor Oil Is A Must Have.

Castor oil is known for it’s great benefits. It is said to help with eyelash and eyebrow growth. Is great for skin care and helps with growing healthy and soft hair. 8. Healthy Feet Are Happy Feet.

9. Coconut Oil Is Life.

Coconut oil can be used for pretty much anything. It helps my hair to stay shiny, soft and moisturized. It’s also great to use for shaving your body hairs. Coconut oil is an essential for skin care, hair care, and body care. It has so many great benefits.

10. No More Hot Showers.

This one hurts me also. I love hot showers but taking them frequently is not good for your skin. It can cause dryness, itchiness and strips oils from your skin. It’s okay to take hot showers sometimes but more warm and cold showers will improve the condition of your skin.
